- For over 14 years, Accent on Languages has provided high quality
translation, interpretation, transcription, and multilingual desktop
publishing services for major corporations, local businesses, and State
as well as Federal agencies.
- Francine Kuipers, the founder and CEO of Accent on Languages, has
operated language service agencies since 1986. She has been an educator
and a language consultant since 1975, and founded Accent on Languages
in 1997.

bi-cultural, and has extensive experience with project management.
