Languages has provided high quality
translation, interpretation, transcription, and multilingual desktop

as well as Federal agencies.
- Francine Kuipers, the founder and
CEO of Accent on Languages, has
operated language service agencies since 1986. She has been an educator
and a language consultant since 1975, and founded Accent on Languages
in 1997.

reflects our

bi-cultural, and has extensive experience with project management.
